Product: samsung xpress sl-m2070f
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

hi, i have  a samsung printer xpress sl-m2070f and suddenly stoped working, i searched alot about the issue and i found that i have to re-install the firm ware. i found it on the web site with the file usblist2.exe. However, when i try to install the firmware by dragging it to the file usblist2.exe, the printer give me a message ( image error, reset the printer). and the printer is allways showing the message( wait image). please help me with this, i tried a lot of things with no result.

NOTE: all the keyboard on the printer is locked , it's not responding.
