OfficeJet Pro 8100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The media that came with my printer will not operate in Windows 10.  I would like to download the Windows 10 version of the Toolbox.

Hi,

By clicking the HP Officejet Pro 8100 icon and pressing Maintain Your Printer or the top Estimated Ink Levels icon the HP Toolbox can be accessed.

If you experience any issues, what exact action are you trying to take? the software layout may changed but any HP Toolbox functionality should be available..

The link provided does not give option to install the Toolbox found on the CD.

After a recent power outage, I lost connection with my wireless Officejet 8100. Per instructions on the support site, I removed all instances of the Officejet printer on my Windows 10 laptop and downloaded the latest full driver package, OJ8100_1321-1.exe, from HP. I successfully reinstalled and connected the printer, but do not have the toolbox feature. Clicking on the HP8100 icon does not give me any options other than to install software. Right clicking the icon also does not  give access to the Tool Box. I am at a loss as to how to maintain my printer from the PC. The control panel on the OJ 8100 is not at all helpful. Surely there must be a way to restore the Tool Box by itself.
