i bought a new printer, but i can't install driver; dvd seems doesn't work well according the manual.

i downloaded file win-x64-pcl3-drv.exe, then i click on it, but it doesn't install driver; it opens winzip self extractor and the unzipped files are not .exe

You use the add printer and when you get to the makers page you navigate to where the files are located and you unzipped.  If connecting by network cable, find the ip address of the plotter and then use the add printer, local printer, create port and in the drop down choose standard tcp/ip and then just follow the prompts and enter the requested information.  If using usb the found new hardware should come up and when the computer requests the driver, point to where those files are located.
