Product: Deskjet 3050A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm unable to upgrade my driver for Windows 10 (not sure if its 32 or 64-bit).  The HP support for downloading updated drivers seems unable to detect my printer even though bluetooth is on for both. Any thoughts?

Hi,

 

Firstly your printer does not have Bluetooth ? How do you connect your printer now ? Please download the following software and driver and install to your computer:

 

    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL37193/al-109013-3/DJ3050A_J611_1315-1.exe

 

   (Select wireless when install. Again it does not have Bluetooth).
