Product: HP Smart Tank 7305 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased a HP Smart Tank 7305 printer directly from HP UK a week ago.  It prints perfectly A4 and 4 x6 photos, but when printing 5 x 7 (13x 18cm) photos it leaves approx 1cm white line/gap on one leading edge. Problem same when printing from iPhone via HP Smart app and from Windows 11 laptop. I have tried various makes of photo paper, same result. Latest firmware installed , no change.

 

I have spent over 5 hours on Whatsapp chats and telephone calls with HP support. They couldn't resolve issue and promised a call back , no call so far!!

 

Has anyone else experienced this same problem? Any help in resolving will be much appreciated!
