6432 not connecting to internet

New envy pro 6432. Connected to wireless seemlessly but not connected to internet?? All printing ok but can’t set up instant ink as says printer not connected to network?

@K8771, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. The printer should be connected to a wired/wireless network.

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

 

Refer to this document to know how to enroll the printer in the Instant Ink service.
