Common problems for Connectivity Issues

When I connect to my wireless, a 79 service error occurs.  Get stuck in a loop were printer initializes and when it connects to wireless a few seconds letter error occurs and it reboots.  Then this is stuck in a loop.

 

Does not occur when on a USB cable. can print fine on  USB Cable.

 

I have re-booted my router several times and used HP Print Doctor to no avail. 

 

I had sent a large data photo which started all of this.

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
