Able to Scan from HP 8620 BUT NOT Print to HP 8620 HELP

Able to Scan from HP 8620 BUT NOT Print to HP 8620 HELP. trying to do remotely via vpn network. scan works - print does not.  weird. what are we missing?  tried printing in word, pdf and via the smarter app.  no print ONLY scan

Have you tried installing the HP Printer software?

Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for Win 10 (32/64 bit) :

http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-8620-e-all-in-one-printer-series/53...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

Let us know if that works and what errors you see.

HP Software is installed. I am able to scan remotely from the printer but not able to print to the printer. How can I Scan perfectly fine and not print?
