Hi All, 

I have tried and printed few pages with Duplex Printing command. There was some flip flop in priting, few pages came out blank, wrong insertion of pages for other side printing then print cancellation for two times....... Thereafter now printer is not accepting commands from the printer. It is showing 

Error Priting on HPB3A0C0 (HP Deskjet 5820 series)

From printer test page, xerox is printed. 

What is the issue? please suggest the solution.
