Uninstall the old driver then re-install using Easy Start

Try the install first, if no change then do the uninstall.

I was unable to download the new driver.  How do you uninstall the old one?  Thank you for your help!

I followed the advice to install using Easy Start. I downloaded and ran Easy Start, but then it said it could not find any drivers and to return to the HP Support page. The drivers page for my printer only offers one solution: Easy Start.

So I'm stuck in an unproductive loop.

Oddly, the device still prints, but will not scan.

My HP CM1312nfiMFP and Scansnap no longer work since the auto upgrade to Mac OS Sequoia 15.4. Very disappointed. I do not see any drivers on hp page for my printer scanner any longer. Very disappointed as the printer works fine, I need to scan but cannot!!!
