Product: IPAD Air 4. and iPhone Xr
Operating System: iOS

Our house lost power for about 5 minutes and my HP Envy 5640 series printer was offline.  I tried to print something from my new IPad Air4 the next morning and got an error message.  It said “no AirPrint printers found”.  I’ve  had this printer over 4 years and I’ve had IOS devices.... 6 to be exact...connected through AirPrint to this printer.  I was always able to get connected.  I checked the power ...turned everything off ..rebooted the printer.  I also have two desktop computers connected to this printer through WIFI.  I was able to reconnect them to the printer with no problems.

Now I’m trying to set up the AirPrint and it is requiring a password.   I noticed that when I got my new iPad Air4 and was setting it up..I got the same thing but my phone was connected to AirPrint ant it allowed me to grab the information having the two devices side by side.  I’ve tried several different passwords but none work.  I really don’t know what password they are talking about and iota now where to go to reset it.
