Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-in-One Printer

In order for me to print I need to connect to a remote PC [Dell running Windows #10] with HP Smart using Teamviewer from my host PC [WIndows #10 Dell Laptop].   The Host PC after 4 months still is unable to sign on to HP Account due to the VPN cryptic error message.   The remoted Dell downloaded HP Smart and installed PERFECTLY .   I am convinced there is some setting in the Host PC that is the culprit.    Both Host & Remote have the same current operating system updated as of 11/22/2023?
