Appl. Access denied - Appl. Accesso negato

Appl. Access denied

 

I have not been able to access the Appl function for a few days. of the MFP to scan and send documents to the cloud Google Drive, Box, etc.

I always get the usual "Access denied. The service may be busy. Please try again later. If the problem persists, check for firmware updates".

I looked at the site but no updates are available, I reset the multifunction but it continues to give the usual problem.

 

Da qualche giorno non riesco più ad accedere alla funzione Appl. della multifunzione per scannerizzare ed inviare i documenti nel cloud Google Drive, Box, ecc.

Mi compare sempre il solito messaggio "Accesso negato Il servizio potrebbe essere occupato. Riprovare più tardi. Se il problema persiste, controllare la disponibilità di aggiornamenti del firmware."

Ho dato un occhiata nel sito ma non sono disponibili aggiornamenti, ho ripristinato la multifunzione ma continua a dare il solito problema.
