I actually do own this product but couldn't add to the "select from my products".

I have started suffering from the B305ED09 and flashing blue screen error. This has coincided with my ISP (Zen Internet) force switching on IPv6 in addition to IPv4 in my router settings. I can make the error stay away by turning off web services in the set-up screen on the printer. I also have IPv6 turned off on the printer. It has a fixed IP on my network. Obviously with web services turned off the app doesn't work, but the printer still prints.

 

I am convinced this is an error caused by the printer trying to communicate with external services and failing to get an appropriate response, because it only occurs when my printer is trying to  obtain web access. Is my router trying to route over IPv6 as well as IPv4 and there is no IPv6 destination?

 

Printer is set-up as a network printer on my network connected through a honor router in bridge mode, and then routing through a fritzbox 7530 

 

Any suggestions?

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
