Product: Office jet pro 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Had a problem getting the shipment of color ink.  When I did, printing only produced blank pages.  Been on the phone nearly 10 hrs to fix this problem so far unsuccessful.  Even involved the drivers tech.  Tried HP suggestion, still blank.  Photo copies do print.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is printing blank pages.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
