Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have the blinking orange globe on my printer. I did the hard reset by disconnecting the cord from the back of the printer and then from the wall; as well as holding down the power button to drain any remaining power from the unit.  I waited a half hour and plugged everything back in.  I still have the flashing orange globe.  I cannot print anything. I do not have any print jobs in queue. Can someone please help me get rid of this flashing orange globe?  The printer is less than 2 months old.
