Product: OfficeJet Pro All-in-One 8025
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I'm getting a blue screen error code of 047F4661. I have unplugged the printer from wall several times, but every time I plug in this code comes up on the screen. I cannot turn off my printer without unplugging it, and it will NOT connect to wireless or talk to my computer at all. I have tried to install new drivers, but again HP Smart cannot find my printer, either through USB or wireless. I also tried to delete printer from system preferences, but when I tried to add a printer using the + button I get this message. 

“fax.backend” will damage your computer.

 

What do I do!!!??? Is there a way to factory reset or start over?
