HP ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer

Hello.

Since a couple days my envy 5640 has a blue screen error with different erro codes like B89F7550 or similar. Sometimes when unplugged an reconnect again after hp logo shows a text error asking for restart printer, but then again blue screen.

Printer has some years, but was used very few.

I read some people here with same issue and unsolved.

Is there anything that works to get the printer ready again?

Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on.

Regards,

Will

Thanks for reply.

I did that several times before wrote my ask without success in different wall outlets.

I looked for at this forum and Google and couldn't find anything that fix it.

Could you help me to resurrect my printer?

Thanks all.

Does anyone have any other tips besides resetting the printer? I would appreciate it very much
