Hello Team,
I have a serious problem with bluetooth device driver. When my laptop was running on Windows 7 everything was working fine and after upgrading to Windows 10 I found only one issue with bluetooth device.
I can see Bluetooth hardware (Ralink bluetooth pcie adapter) under device manager and also exclamtion mark on the ralinks icon but couldn't find Bluetooth section under Settings->Devices. I am not able to turn my Bluetooth ON or OFF.
Please provide any fix for this asap. I will be a great help as I am struggling for this from many days.
Thank you.

Hi:
The Ralink Bluetooth is not supported on the newer builds of W10.
Your only option would be to use a USB Bluetooth adapter.
If you let me know what the full model number or product number of your notebook is, you might be able to replace the internal Ralink Wi-Fi card with a model where the Bluetooth works on W10.
