Product: Lenovo ThinkPad X1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Lenovo using MS 10 pro, with the help of HP support, can again see my default printer but will not print. I'm afraid to un-install the printer as there was a lot of time and effort to re-install the printer.  Help!

 

NB: I can print from my I-MAC, I-phone and other devices but not using MS10...

 

I chanced it and uninstalled all traces of the printer in my Apps, devices, etc etc and successfully reinstalled the printer and the drivers.

 

I then checked the printer with scan doctor which told me the printer was all good.

 

I tried to print to no avail.

 

Any more suggestions?
