Hi I have problem with my printer I would like to sorting out please.
Brought HP Envy 6000 about year ago, connect to wifi and my phone with no problem, 6 months later I have changed my internet provider and since that I can't connect my printer at all.
When I starting to connect to my phone even for some reason my phone can't find printer at all.
Can you help me please asap.

You may need to reset the printer. This video shows a smartphone being used. Use control panel instead

There is also a mechanical reset (control panel)
1. Press and hold the Information button (i) for 5 seconds until the control panel buttons light up. 2. Press the Wi-Fi button and the Cancel button (X) at the same time for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light blinks blue. |

The WPS pushbutton method might be easier to use if you have access to the router and it has a "pushbutton"
1. Press and hold the wireless button on the printer for more than least three seconds to start the WPS Push Button method. 2. Press the WPS button on your router. NOTE: The product begins a timer for approximately two minutes while a wireless connection is established. If the printer connects successfully, the light next to the Wireless button glows steady blue. |
