I recently changed the name of my wifi and now I can’t connect the printer because it doesn’t find the new one and is still connected to the old wifi.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's reset the Printer's network settings: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Once done try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!

I don't see a cancel button. HP is threatening to lock me out of my printer. I have been trying to fix for several weeks. Today I did t he chat and the solution they gave me did not work. So I went to the instant ink site and did what they said. it didn't work either.
