I get an error saying update fails to load. This happens both on auto update and trying to manually update using hp smart. I can get printer status, and I can print to it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and also the printer. My network connectivity to the printer Pass. It is on a 5Ghz channel. Is it possible it needs a2Ghz channel? The app connects to an HP update server, but I never see the download begin. It stays at 0%. I am using iPhone X iOS 14.6. Also same trouble on my MAC 10.13.6. Thanks

This problem was fixed by joehkc52. I had to set it to 2.4GHz channel instead of 5GHz channel it was originally set on. Everything had worked except update download.
