Common problems for Connectivity Issues

All of a sudden I can no longer print from my devices using my printer. I am guessing it is because I have a new Wi-Fi. All of my other devices work fine with the new Wi-Fi. However even when I go thru Wi-Fi setup wizard on the printer, connect it (and am able to see that it is connected on the Wireless Network Test Report) I get a “printer offline” message when I try to print to that printer.  I have tried unplugging the printer, turning it off, and going thru the setup wizard multiple times. Can anyone help?

To reconfigure the printer, follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change.

 

Additionally, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
