Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have spent hours on the phone, both with HP and with T-Mobile.  My 5G with T-Mobile has been (accidently) set on 2.4 and it does not work with my new HP 2700 printer.  When I turn on the 5G, and try to print something, it makes the printer unable to find.  Can you fix it or not.  2 weeks on this problem, I will give back the printer and modem and start writing....
