HP Deskjet 2721

Hi,

Recently I changed my WiFi password. After I did that, I tried to reconnect my printer via the HP  app. Unfortunately without success. The next thing I did was deleting my printer from Windows and the HP  App. Then I tried to reinstall the printer, like it was a new printer. This didn't work either.

I'm getting a little desperate now. I can't figure out what's wrong with my network or printer. Does my HP Instant Ink subscription has something to do with this failing connection setup?

I hope someone recognize this problem and can help me to fix it.

Regards,

Stefan

Problem solved!

1. Connect your printer to Wifi direct

2. Go to your printer IP in your Webbrowser

3. Go to your network settings, use the pincode (probably on the inside of your printer)

4. Use 2.4Ghz Wifi only

5. Use the connection wizard and connect to your Wifi

6. Relax and plant a tree.
