Our condo reset wireless and since my printer will not scan to email.  I need to reset with the password again and hope it fixes it.  But, the keyboard only has lower case and my password has many secondary or after letters that I cannot access the CAP key for.

Cap (shift) only capitalizes "A" and I can't get to "B" by pressing a twice as an example or other letters that are not the first in the key grouping and trying to hold shift.

There is a way to shift the entire alpha to capitals but I cannot locate it.

Where is it?

Kari

Hi,

When you see the keyboard to type the wireless password, click the Arrow Up icon on the side of the list to switch to capitals while typing the password.

How do I get to the password re-entry in the menu again ?  I can't find that now to see if your answer allows the password reset.

I also have posted this is all due to loss of "web services" which report says is enabled and I can't scan to email.

So multiple issues.  Appreciate your prompt expertise!

Click the Wireless icon at the bottom icons of the front panel, then tap the gear icon and restore the network defaults from the menu, be sure to confirm any prompt.

Next, from the same menu follow the Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the steps to reconnect the printer.

For the Scan to Email issue, please allow it some time and try again, as there seem to be some issues at the moment.

Only addition, as I was trying the up arrow, you must punch it 2x to get it to lock to accept all letters in the alpha as CAPITALS, irregardless of position.

Thanks.

I was able to ensure reset as noted for wireless wizrd, etc.  It accepted it successfully,

After a few minutes has not resolved the "web connect" for scanning yet.  If this does not resolve on its own in time (i.e. 30 minutes) what steps can be taken to restore the web connect for scan to email.

Your help appreciated!
