Try these steps:
Access Printer Control Panel:
- Ensure the printer is turned on.
- Go to the printer control panel.
Navigate to Network Settings:
- From the Home screen, touch the Setup icon (may look like a wrench or a gear).
- Select Network from the Setup menu.
Restore Network Defaults:
- In the Network menu, scroll down and select Restore Network Defaults.
- Confirm the restore process if prompted.
Reconfigure WiFi Settings:
- After restoring, you will need to reconnect the printer to your WiFi network.
- Go back to the Network menu and select Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your WiFi network.
Full Factory Reset (if needed):
If resetting the network settings does not solve the issue, you may need to perform a full factory reset.
Warning: Performing a full factory reset will erase all custom settings and preferences.
