Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

Cannot connect my HP ENVY PHOTO 7858 printer to the web server and unable to print using my printer. I’m getting a server problem message that reads “the printer could not connect to the web services. The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later.” 

printer is connected to WiFi I’ve never had this error message come up before.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
We understand that you are facing issues with web services and printing, Please follow these steps, 
Restart Everything

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Power off your router/modem (wait at least 30 seconds).
  • Turn the router back on, wait until the internet is back.
  • Turn your printer back on and wait for it to reconnect to Wi-Fi.

Then try connecting to Web Services again.
 

Manually Re-enable Web Services

  1. On the printer’s touchscreen, go to Settings or Web Services Setup.
  2. Tap Remove Web Services (or Disable Web Services).
  3. Once removed, reboot the printer.
  4. Go back and Enable Web Services again.
  5. The printer should print a Web Services Information Sheet with your printer’s email address.
