Hello all.

I'm trying to assist someone who has an Envy 7640e. They very much like the fact that they can scan to email directly from the printer itself without having to use a computer. However, in installing the printer on a new Windows11 system, we ran into issues where we get the error that it cannot connect to web services and to try again later. This happened at first, then after a reboot of the printer, it worked twice. The first time, sending us a code to enter. We used the same code he second time. After that it worked no longer and gave us the error. The printer works wirelessly as a printer. Scanning works from the printer to the computer from the printer display and also from the HP Smart app, the software installed on the computer and the EWS. In the EWS, web services are enabled. We did create an eprint account for laughs but that didn't help. I've seen some old posts here about this issue and the date/time being incorrect. I'll check that but does anyone have any other thoughts perhaps? Thank you
