Since yesterday, when I try to scan to email I get a message "The printer could not connect to Web Services. The server may be temporarily unavailable or busy. Please try again later".
I've tried rebooting the printer, did all the diagnostics, tried changing to manual IP address but nothing fixes the connectivity issue. Can you please help?

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printers - Cannot Connect to Web Services and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
