Product: HP LaserJet 200 color M251n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello my problem is: I want connect my "HP LaserJet 200 color M251n" to Eprint and generate email for print from another computer but if I enable Eprint write that cannot connect to internet. But my printer is connect to network and this network is connect to internet. Have you some solutions for me please ?

Let us try these steps:

 

Restart web services on the printer

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

 

Setup ePrint as shown in this document - Print with HP ePrint
