Cannot connect to eservices on hp 4645

Hp deskjet ink 4645
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi everyone

When i press the button on the e service on the printer, he ask me if i want to connect, i press yes, but he failed, and tell me to check proxy or internet connection, the printer connect wireless ok, to 2.4 channel, and i didnt use proxy, what can be the problem?

It dosent work before 

This is the first time i try to activate it

When i try firmware update, he tell mevi already up to date
