I need to make a complaint because I lost already a lot of time with customer service for this issue, without success, and at the end they told me that I need to purchase new cartridge ink.

Product was purchased in Canada in January 2024 and 2 months ago I was not able to print after I changed the ink. Customer support told me that is because the ink was not original (but purchased from your web page).First I had a message that ink cannot be recognized. Then upon CS request, I erase the printer from the mobile app and when I tried to add it again I was not able,  having an error code:EBS00P0007.

Even after i got new ink inserted, i have the same issue and cannot print no matter if it is throughout the app or not.

I have WIFI connection -see it on printer report but message is: printer setup incomplete.

Please provide a complaint email address for Canada . I know the 1y warranty is finished but I leave in Quebec and here the law for warranty is longer than one year. If I will not get the support needed I will send my case to OPC for future action.

If you're experiencing printing issues with your HP Envy 6455e and have already engaged customer support without resolution, you might want to try these troubleshooting steps:

Verify Ink Cartridge Authenticity:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridge is original and compatible with your printer model. Since you mentioned purchasing it from HP's website, it should be genuine. Double-check the package and the cartridge for HP branding.

Check Ink Cartridge Installation:

  • Remove and reinstall the ink cartridges. Make sure they are seated properly and snap securely into place.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a minute, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. You can do this by visiting the HP support website and searching for firmware updates for the HP Envy 6455e.

Clean Cartridge Contacts:

  • Ink cartridge errors can often be resolved by cleaning the electrical contacts of the cartridge and the printer. Use a lint-free cloth moistened with distilled water to gently wipe the contacts.
