Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 555 Wireless All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Im experiencing some difficulties with the EWS environment of my printer (HP Smart Tank Plus 555) since it requires a custom password for some functions, and i can't  remember the password. An older post mentioned something about reseting the password and then use the PIN number, which should be printed on a label somewhere on the printer, but I've looked everywhere and I cant find the PIN number. 

So im completely stuck, and i would like some assistance.

You may want to read this answer by an HP Agent.  However, you can get the same solution and a video of it by asking Microsoft's Copilot. I assume you have the latest windows 10 or 11  Read this article about Copilot.

 

If the password is not printed in the network report you may have to contact HP as suggested by that Agent.
