Product: HP Photosmart e-All-in-One Printer - D110a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Tried WPS to no avail. Wireless Network Test Report says MAC address needed to be added to list of permitted devices, which I did, still would not connect. Tried shutting both gateway and printer off and on also, no luck. Called ARRIS support, nothing they could do, that i hadn't done.  All othersdevices connected easily to this new gateway. ARRIS said to contact HP..
