Cartouches livrées par HP qui ne communiquent plus avec mon imprimante.

Je suis abonné à HP depuis plusieurs années. J'ai reçu mes nouvelles cartouches et celles-ci ne smblent pas se connecter avec l'imprimante. Les message d'erreur sur mon imprimante indique ceci : Les cartouches indiquées ne communiquent pas correctement avec l'imprimante. Si le problème persiste, remplacez les cartouches.

J'ai tenté sur le site de Hp InstanImk de trouver des solutions, mais rien ne correspondait.
