Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP insist that I have plenty of ink remaining but there is no black ink available to allow me to print. Purchased another cassette because I needed  the ink! Now it’s coming up error with cartridge.! Why can’t I just receive new cassettes that I am still paying for ? Realigned the network internet now.

Thank you Gaya for your help concerning the cartridges and my printer bring offline   New cartridges are now on the way to me so going forward, fingers crossed all will be well. Thank you for the help with offline printer. Best Regards Suelw8
