I recently had to replace my modem/router which requires changing the wifi connection settings. Since the router stopped working, the printer is not connected to the internet. Therefore, the EWS browser nor entering the IPP address will work. When I try to change any settings on the printer touchscreen including the reset to factory defaults, it states: "The feature has been locked by the Administrator". I have tried unplugging and replugging but this did not work. Is there anyway to reset the printer other than the touchscreen?
