Product: Hp officejet 6958
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I need to change the wireless connection to my printer and it won’t let me because it says its locked by the admin. I can login to my HP account but it won’t let the same credentials login to the ‘administrator’ account.

 

So...can somebody please tell me how to factory reset my printer and restore it back to default so I can connect it to a new wireless network please?
