Yesterday I changed my broadband provider so I need to connect my printer to it.  The virtual assistant kept repeating the questions and didn’t understand. How do I connect to the new server

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.

 

Meanwhile,  perform the steps from this document

 

Try updating Firmware
