Hi@akin16, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand that need a claim code
Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document fix :-
- Turning on web services on your printer (done via the control panel)
- Once web serviecs is trned on a sheet will print with the claim code (If the information sheet lists an email such as abc234vbn3434@hpeprint.com, then the printer claim code is the number and characters before @hpeprint.com. For example, abc234vbn3434 would be the printer claim code).
- The email address on the sheet is the address of your printer.
- The claim code can then be used to claim your printer through the HPConnected website (Your HP connected account is where your will access your printing history etc.) You can also use HP connected to customize the email to something more personal.
I've included a link below with relatively clear instructions on how to setup ePrint. If you have a problem with any of the steps, please let me know and we'll try and work through them.
