My printer updated last night.  Following the update, it shows as 'offline' on all devices normally using it.  Deleting the printer and trying to re-add it results in it not being found.  Display rotates between a b/w HP logo, an "initializing" screen, and what looks like the normal menu.  It's powered on.  It's connected to Wifi, but reporting a weak signal (bizarre as it's less than 5 feet from the modem and no other devices are having connectivity issues).  WTH did this update do, and how do I reverse it or fix it?

Hello

Disconnect the printer from the NETWORK

If on wired network : Unplug the  Ethernet cable from back of the printer.

If on wireless network : Power of the Wireless router. Turn off the printer.

Wait for 30 seconds. Turn on the printer.

If the printer is in READY state, on the printer front panel, go to Setup -> Network Setup -> Network Services -> IPv6 -> Off. Turn off the printer. Wait for 30 seconds and then turn on. Try printing , it should work.

Jabzi
