Common problems for Connectivity Issues

The printer was hooked up to the computer and working fine. All of the sudden it stopped working.  When I try to print a document from the computer it gives me an error.  It says everything is set up correctly. 

I can print from my email or the internet. But can not print an excel or word document or test page. I have deleted the printer and re-loaded it sometimes that use to work and now it has not worked.  I have tried it several times. 

Any suggestions would be helpful.

To assist you better, what is the error you get?

Are you using the HP Smart app to print from your PC?

Do you have the full-feature printer software installed?

 

If you are able to print from the internet, it means the printer is working fine. This could be an application-specific issue.

Try printing PDF documents.

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
