Hi can anyone help me. My hp printer suddenly stopped printing with a printer error. Printer not available. I tried clear print queue. Turning on and off printer and laptop and Internet nothing seems to work.

I tried reinstalling the printer but now the printer hasa problem connecting to Internet. It ask me for a a pin 4 to 8 digit but I don't know where to find that then it has option to connect with router network key it connect but knocks off the Internet from laptop. Reconnect WiFi to laptop and printer is knocked off. Can not win. Can anyone help
