Product: Smart tank 7000 series

I cannot reconnected my smart tank 7000 series to wifi. It got disconnected and the app will not recognize the printer. I have tried entering wifi set up mode using instructions on HP website and doing a factory reset using the video HP posted. Neither one allows it to be detected via app.
