Connected to wireless, printer won’t print. Just keeps printing info page. Bought 1 week ago and printed fine twice this week.

how do I get it printing!? Thanks!

  • Are you able to make a copy?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
  • Are you getting any error messages?
  • Do you have the printer full feature software installed on your computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
