Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought a new HP laptop and tried to connect it to my 8030 series HP printer. It did not connect with the basic setup. I tried the 'swipe down, network settings,..." method and I can't do that because it says my printer is locked. When I click unlock, it asks for a user name and password that I do not know. What do I do?
