Connecting printer to new wireless network

Hi there. I recently updated my router with EE and as such have a new wireless network. I have tried to connect my printer to this new network but have been unable to get the printer to connect or reset to identify the new network. I have tried using the smart app also but the printer does not identify itself. It works ok when connecting using a USB connection but not wirelessly. I also like to print wirelessly from my phone. I am not tech savvy so technical explanations go over my head so need some support in simple steps. Thanks in advance for help

I understand you are not able to connect the printer to the new wireless router. This printer supports WPA/WPA2 encryption. Check if the router is on the same security encryption.

Follow the steps mentioned in this document to connect the printer using the WPS method - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change

• Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.
• This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. So, the PC should be on the 2.4GHz network.
• If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
