Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and older

I bought a new router and I can’t get the printer to sync up with the router and I can’t get the HP app to tell me how to put my new router password in which is obviously the problem because the app just doesn’t see the printer. I have Bluetooth on. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong and I can’t find a port to plug in an ethernet cable in this printer to try to print from my computer. In the meantime.

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

 Usually a Reset wireless to defaults followed by using HP Smart app would be able to get the printer connected to network.
